1. Are your cigars fresh?

Absolutely! We store all our cigars in humidity-controlled environments and ship them in sealed humidor bags to ensure they arrive perfectly fresh and ready to smoke.

2. Should I rest my cigars before smoking?

We recommend resting your cigars for about two weeks in a properly maintained humidor for the best experience. However, our cigars arrive in optimal condition, so you can enjoy them right away if you choose.

3. What’s included in my order?

Every order comes in a sealed humidor bag to maintain freshness. 

4. Do you sell full boxes of cigars?

Right now, we specialize in premium 5-packs, allowing you to try high-end cigars at a great price without committing to a full box.

5. Are your cigars authentic?

Yes! We only sell 100% authentic, premium cigars sourced from trusted distributors. Every cigar is properly stored and handled with care before shipping.

6. My cigars arrived dry—what should I do?

We take every step to ensure freshness, but if your cigars feel dry, place them in your humidor for at least a week to rehydrate. Never soak them in water or use extreme humidity, as this can ruin the cigar.

7. Do you accept returns?

Due to tobacco regulations, we cannot accept returns on cigars. However, if there is a problem with your order, contact us, and we’ll work with you on a solution.

8. Do you sell Cuban cigars?

No, we only sell New World cigars (Nicaraguan, Dominican, Honduran, etc.). Due to U.S. regulations, Cuban cigars cannot be legally sold or shipped.

9. Can I buy cigars as a gift for someone?

Yes! Our cigars make great gifts. If you’re sending cigars as a gift, let us know, and we can include a custom gift note with the order.

10. Will you be adding more cigars and accessories in the future?
